It took some time for us, ex – city people, to accept this. We thought we could do what it takes to make things happen our way. Well, now we know better.

Tepaluma is a different kind of company. We focus our energy on quality and long-term goals, but accept  and adapt to the pace of things on short time goals. Sometimes we move as fast as the raging rivers do when heavy snowmelt joins the rains, sometimes we are literally stuck in mud and it will be as if we have disappeared. Know this. Tepaluma is so much more than a business to us. We breathe it, day in, day out. We will always reappear with more drinks and big smiles. Cheers!
